At Holy Family English Medium School, the focus at this level is on the individual, where both excellence and progress are celebrated. The students of classes IX and X are prepared for the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) examination, conducted by the Council of Indian School Certificate Examinations, as well as the Andhra Pradesh State Board examinations. High school teaching builds upon the academic foundations developed in middle school subjects.

The instructional program is enhanced through practical opportunities for the development of leadership, service, and academic enrichment via student organizations, sports teams, and project work.
